本マグロとはクロマグロのことで、マグロの中でも最高級品とされています。
毎年初めに話題になるマグロの初競りで高額で落札されているのもこのマグロです。
本マグロは、肉質が非常にまろやかでコクがあり、うま味が強いことが特徴です。

●Please refrain from wearing room wear or slippers on any floors other than the 4th to 6th.
